Juno Health Tools privacy notice

Effective 1 August 2026.

Information the tools process

After you explicitly agree, the Juno Health Tools plugin processes only the text you choose to submit for one of its stated functions: non-identifying symptom descriptions, dates or time ranges, functional impacts, user-stated medicine names or changes, appointment goals, and questions. This information can be sensitive health data.

Do not submit protected health information (PHI), names, contact details, exact addresses, dates of birth, medical-record or insurance numbers, login credentials, provider documents, or information copied from a clinical system. The tools are intended for brief, non-identifying notes written by you.

Purpose and legal choice

The text is used only to produce the requested vocabulary prompts, timeline, flare reflection, or appointment brief. Before a tool call, the plugin asks whether you want this transient processing to occur. You can decline, remove identifying details, or use the open printable resources instead.

Storage, retention, and recipients

The application does not require an account and does not intentionally store tool inputs or outputs in an application database. Submitted text is held only for the request and response. Juno does not sell it, use it for advertising, build profiles from it, or send it to the main Juno product.

OpenAI transmits the fields you approve to the MCP endpoint. The hosting provider and network infrastructure may process the request content and limited security metadata needed to deliver and protect the service under their own terms and retention practices. The application response contains only the requested organised content and does not add tracking, request, session, or internal identifiers.

Your controls

You decide whether to submit text and which details to include. Because the application does not create an account or retain an application record, there is no stored Juno Health Tools profile to access or delete. You can delete the conversation or copied output through the product where you used the plugin, subject to that product's controls and policies.
